the quality and the location is awesome. A view you never want to leave.

The WiFi is dreadful. even with support we could only get 1 phone on and no tvs connected to wifi

Great balcony. Good location. Recently renovated and looked good

The staff were unhelpful and often unresponsive to messages, checkin especially was very poorly organised. WiFi was poor, kept disconnecting especially in the bedrooms. Hairdryer needed in both bathrooms would also suggest bedside lamps. The beds were uncomfortable, very hard.
