Lovely views, very spacious

The added on breakfast was not worth the money, down the side of the bunkbed was rubbish and covered in dust, the tv in the kids bedroom wouldn’t work

"Total neglect & dirty place"

The location! We are golfers and the magnificent views of Crail golf course were a daily joy.

The state in was in when we arrived. It all looks good on the pictures but it was really dirty & neglected. You notice that this place is without inspection, cleaned quickly and superficial after renters leave. Dirty socks lying around, over usage of odor spray to masks unpleasant smells. It smelled so toxic! 1 toilet/ 2 bathrooms. Only 1 had a waste bin. Why? So many non logical things. Like in the kitchen, to open the fridge you have to close the kitchen door first because the doors collide. There was so much dust everywhere. This place needs a deep, deep cleanse. The bedrooms are small, the beds are small and absolutely not suitable for 2 persons since the mattress is worn in the middle. There is 1 big bedroom but that is a fully equipped children's bedroom with a lot if personal stuff. Also there is no dining table with chairs. Just a picnic like table with two benches. No back support. When you enter the living room there are two steps which come together in a strangle angle in the midst of the walkway. Dangerous! There is a sticky (again!) instruction book with he hilarious warning that if you steel the hairdryer (sticky! Who wants that) you pay 50£. Meanwhile the kitchen is stocked with Le Creuset items worth over 1000 £. You have to put yr waste in different bins outside. But because the neglect of the garden, the grass is too high so you cannot open the wooden doors far enough to wheel out the 3 waist containers. Bedside lamp was not working, needs a new bulb. Bathroom hook missing, replaced by a nail. The (pink) seat in front of the mirror table in the bedroom was so dirty, no way i would sit on it. There must have been a rack in the shower for the shampoos, now all that is left is a dirty base. Shampoo is placed on the floor in the shower cabin. Dirty walls in the living room behind the ‘dining table’. Conclusion: absolute potential, needs tlc. Neglected place just to make big money from renters. Value for money is deeply in the red.
