"Scam at MGM"

The MGM Signature was a great experience.

Booking through this host. He is extremely rude, unfriendly and makes you feel unsafe! He will be reported. ALSO, no housekeeping!

Close to the strip. We liked the jacuzzi.

AC wasn't very cold. There was dirt in the sofa sleeper when we pulled it out. There was a plastic bag in one of the cupboard with dirty underwear inside

"Disappointing for being advertised as a penthouse."

No resort fee

Upon entering the room for the first time, we noticed that the carpet was worn with age and throughly stained. Most of the furniture was also stained and well beyond needing replaced. We were initially charged a $95 cleaning fee upon booking yet we were expected to clean the place before we left. This included washing all the dishes and taking out the garbage or there would be an extra charge for housekeeping having do it.
