I didn’t like anything. The service is very poor. The bed sheet, pillow – everything is very dirty. There’s also a water problem – no proper hot water. They don’t clean the room. The food is terrible. I got a stomach ache after eating it. The staff talks with a lot of attitude. All the staff are lazy. It was a very bad experience. My money was completely wasted

There was nothing to like. Worst experience ever.

The breakfast menu was not at all fresh. The room's bathroom condition was horrible with no hot water facility. And the location and the area was not up to the mark.

Break fast was not available due to delayed start 8 am. despite request for early time 7.30 it was not there. It is not a practice to start BF at 8 am in any hotel chains. It needs to be revised

The rooms did not have glasses to drink water. No toiletries in the bath room. Soap dispenser not working, No paste, brush, comb, face towels kept on arrival. Corridor has no AC. Lift does not have or AC. Asked 50 % money before check in as against payment on arrival or check out.

Cleanliness was not maintained at all. Despite sharing concerns it wasn’t taken into consideration

I stayed at the property even two days more than the first booking, but only because my father I'll. But, that was because I was forced by the situation and because I liked the property. Firstly starting from breakfast, I asked even the staff to taste the orange juice, as soon as they sipped it, they puked it back, it was so bad and expired. Immediately they asked to dispose it off. Pathetic breakfast with no taste. I booked a different room i.e. executive room but was allotted deluxe room stating that ac of the executive room is not working. Although when I entered the room ac of my room was very badly working. Hardly cooling. Just because my parents were staying in that room and they needed less cooling that is why I didn't say anything. Overall I am so dissatisfied with the booking that I am not going to use this platform again. I have been using it since 2016 and never used any other platform but I believe now is the time I move on from it. Price of the room was also very high.i paid for a 4 star hotel. Per day almost 8k for the two rooms but got services like a lodge. Very pathetic experience. Never going to go back to this platform.
