It was hard to find the entrance to the car park and going from an office for keys, then searching for the Carpark was stressful and unnecessary. The main double bedroom overlooks a busy taxi point - that was not an issue for us, but may bother some. 3rd floor - stairs only- again no problem for us but good to be aware of…

Visited Feb. 2025. Excellent value for money. Very central location. Clean. Light sleepers should choose one of the two bedrooms facing the courtyard as the third bedroom faces a main thoroughfare. Apartment is on the top / third floor which is fine for those with light luggage, as there is no lift. Host had good communication, often by email and text and once by phone call.

We loved the fact that the apartment had everything that we wished for when staying here for 5 nights. Kitchen with pots, pans plates, glasses, cups and cutlery, dishwasher, iron and even a laundry machine. We have been staying in Airbnb's and apartments all over the world for several years, but this apartment was the only place that came so close to feeling like living in your own home. There was so much attention to details regarding comfort such as places to hang your clothes, availability of shelves in right places, etc. It felt as if someone does actually live in this apartment, when it is not on rent on booking.com. The beds were comfortable as well. The availability of free parking in this part of Nerja was a blessing. The parking was inside a compound of apartment building with multiple parking spots. Although it's written in the description that parking is subject to availability, but we always found at-least 3 and sometimes 4 parking spaces free and never had trouble with the parking. One thing to note is that the apartment is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Also there is limited amount of warm water at a particular time due to the size of water heating system. It's fine with a couple of people taking shower close to each other. But if there are more people taking shower close to each other, then the warm water may finish. And it take may be 30 min to 1 hour before, the water is warm again. Please also note that the key collection is in a different location then the apartment. The office from where you must collect keys is located on a narrow road with no parking places. We arrived in the evening and were not able to find any place to park. After sometime driving around we realized that we can park the car in the underground parking of grocery store infront of the office and then collect keys from the locker outside the office. So if you are driving, it is a good information to know.

Great location: close both to the beach and town center but still not in a crazily busy area. Very well equipped and maintained. Clean. A special shoutout to the managing agency who were more responsive and helpful than most property owners. Very spacious and an excellent value for money. Free private parking in a gated yard at that part of Nerja is an AMAZING bonus.

Just several minor nuisances: While the apartment was very well equipped it had only minimum stocks of goods , e.g. there were just 2 capsules for the dishwasher. However the agency provided several more the next day upon request. AC works only in the living room and master (double) bedroom. Twin and single bedrooms have no AC. We had to keep the door open at night so that our kid was able to receive some cool air. For larger families this might not be ideal. At late evenings there was some chatter from the nearby bars and the busy street. Still, it wasn't anything like loud music with bass from the night clubs so it was OK for us. The noise died-down around midnight. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator Probably the most annoying thing is that you have to pick the keys from the rental agency which is 10 min. walk away in a very busy street with no parking nearby.

Clean apartment and shabby chic interior which I loved! Bright and airy.

The stairs! The apartment is on the third floor and the stairs are a challenge if you have weak knees.
