Sharp door handle edges that cut me.

The room.was advertise as BSA executive yet it's not under tge BSA Towers Administration. It's rented as transient. The worst part when we want to bring our luggage we were stopped by the BSA guards. The lady guard said it has to be carried by BSA employee. While the receptionist couldn't locate my confirmed reservation and asked me to call some number which we did. Found out some caretaker by the unit's owner who met us at the lobby. Another one that we didn't feel secure, the msin door does not have the inside security latch. So, we only stayed one night out of the three nights booked and paid. There's no refund. The bahaviour of the guard were very suspicious. How can they have a BSA personnel to deliver our luggage if BSA has no business with a unitsl owned by an individual? We asked the caretaker who should we call if we find any problem? She said to call her but yet she lives away from the hotel and from far Ortigas, she lives in Novaliches? With the heavy traffic, there's no way she'll be able to.help.

It's not safe, waste of money, effort and time. The BSA guards seem running a dark operation by not letting us take our own luggage to our room when we have a man with us who carried them ,through out our travel.

It is a nice and home like feeling, unlike in a hotel. You feel like you are in a real apartment where people live. The view is fantastic. You can see a big part of Manila from the windows. The facilities was perfect for cooking and even doing laundry yourself if you want that.

The aircons can be a bit noisy, especially if you are not used to aircons.

Location and staff were great.

At check-in, security allowed us to enter without any requirements, but at checkout, they asked for a pass for our own luggage when we left the building. They even asked us to open our luggage when we got outside.

The host is pleasant, profesisonal and super responsive. The house is extra clean and host pays attention to detail. Then the locaiton is super ideal is Mega mall is just next so super convinent

Internet intermittent when multiple people are trying to use it but reboot ing the modems helps

Love the location the owner is great and looks right after you we are going back for another week next week
