Casa Privado- 2 Bedroom House Near the Airport

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is very clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furniture is comfortable, the bed is great, and the air conditioning works perfectly. There is a TV for entertainment, and you can connect your laptop to watch Netflix. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, and even small details are taken care of. The patio area is lovely with comfortable seating. The owner is extremely sweet, welcoming, and very helpful. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this staycation house! The place was very neat and well-kept, located inside a subdivision, which made it feel extra safe and peaceful. The kitchen was impressive — complete with all the kitchenware you need and a nice setup that made cooking a breeze. The whole space was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time with family or friends. All the air conditioners and electric fans were fully functional, which made the stay even more comfortable. Another big plus is its location — just a short drive from the airport, making it super convenient for travelers. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

The house in itself was nice and spacious, it had a homely feel with good additional amenities and fully functioning kitchen area. WiFi and aircon was also very good.

Didn’t feel safe there as there was only a gate stopping access to the kitchen area and from this area to the living room was a thin door. The location was in the poorer area of the city and no restaurants or bars within walking distance. Minimal communication with how to get to the property and no instruction on how to access - taxi driver had to ring owner to assist.

🏡 The house itself was very clean and we loved the patio. It has everything we need and it fit all of us (9 people) of course, some people had to sleep on the sofa bed and the futon beds, but we didn’t mind that. We also loved the 3 aircons (1 for each room - there are 2 rooms upstairs- and 1 in the livingroom) 😊. The toilet and bathroom are separate which is good for many guests. ✅ Hosts were responsive. ✅ There is a small store just 10 seconds away from the house (in the same subdivision) so you can buy stuff like water, drinks…

📍 The location is not in the city centre but it’s close to the airport. It was also hard to find a transport as the house is located in a subdivision so you’d have to walk to the subdivision entrance to get a tricycle. Only easy transportation in the city is tricycle unless you have a taxi contact number so you can call for pickup. 🛜 When we arrived, the wifi was not working well and the entire time we were there, we couldn’t use it. It already had an error when we arrived so we called the hosts and they gave us some instructions to fix it but those didn’t work either. The hosts should’ve checked and fixed that beforehand. This was a very disappointing. 📺 The TV wasn’t working either when we arrived (hosts said because of the bad weather) but it would’ve been better if we were briefed beforehand to avoid expectations. 💧 It would’ve been nice if drinking water was provided. 🚿 We ran out of water for showering and 2 of us couldn’t shower the morning after. This was soooo annoying for me (I was one of the two who couldn’t shower) - we called the hosts but they said there should be water lol but there wasn’t. ❌❌ Another disappointing thing.

The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host definitely paid a lot of attention into making the place nice. She tried to accommodate us whenever she could. She also tried to use green energy as much as she could which is highly appreciated by me. I love her kitchen so much.

The water pressure had a little hiccups but the owner came immediately trying to help us fix the problem.

We had a great stay! The host arranged a ride from the airport, which was super helpful! It was a short ride because the house is close by. The place is cozy and nicely decorated. We loved hanging out in the chairs outside. The living room has AC, so it's comfy for watching TV and just chilling. The bedrooms are cool too, with comfy beds. It's quiet in the house and neighborhood, so we had a peaceful stay. We rented a scooter to explore and went to a nearby market for fresh seafood. It’s also nice that we we’re able to cook at home. The host helped us book an underground river tour and a transpo to El Nido. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for a comfy and convenient stay.
