Große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einer Dachterasse. Eigener Parkplatz.

Die Waschmaschine, ein Grund für die Auswahl der Wohnung, ging nicht. Die Jalousie in einem Schlafzimmer konnte nicht zur Verdunklung runter gemacht werden. Ich habe mehrfach der Hausverwaltung Bescheid gesagt und wurde immer nur vertröstet. Die Pfannen waren so alt, das die Besichtigung sich schon gelöst hat, also nicht nutzbar. Der Boden der Dachterasse ist auch schon länger nicht mehr geputzt worden. Die Möbel auf der Dachterrasse waren auch alt und haben in keiner Weise den Bildern bei booking entsprochen.

Nice terrace and apartment.

Garage door keys wouldn't work. Had to get neighbours to open it when car was trapped inside. They then have charged a 70eur damage deposit to 'reconfigure' the keys. Note - garage is in the basement around the corner from the property. Hard to find without instructions (especially when keys do not work). The oven did not work - despite it being shown in the photos. The property management company said that it was 'not included'. Property management company took some time to respond to the messages. We had to chase them to get a response. Overall, would not recommend considering they have asked us to pay to fix garage remote keys which never worked and how can someone damage a garage key?! You have to sign a long contract before checking into the property. I would be concerned booking this again as they are charging 'damages' which are completely unreasonable.

Spotlessly clean, quiet at night, with enough space for two couples. It’s possible to move around by public transport (to Icod, Punta de Teno or Masca) but you can also park a rental car at the property (garage). We enjoyed a morning coffee in the terrace. There were cuts of water some mornings due to works in the town, but that’s something beyond control of the owners. Overall, we highly recommend it!
