La Cassia - Comfortable, spacious, holiday home

During the booking process and our stay, we encountered several issues that I believe were unprofessional and not in line with the expected hospitality standards. The owner repeatedly questioned the number of guests staying, citing concerns about cleaning. While we understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness, the manner in which the inquiries were made felt intrusive and accusatory, rather than courteous or professional. Additionally, we were unexpectedly asked to pay extra charges for using a room that was not locked or marked as off-limits. There were no clear instructions or signs indicating that the room was not included in our booking. Naturally, we assumed it was part of the property available to us. Charging extra for this without prior notice feels unfair and misleading. We expect a certain level of professionalism and transparency when booking accommodations, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, and that appropriate action be taken to prevent similar issues for future guests.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The host is excellent and easy to contact. We would love to stay here for our next trip. Highly recommended

Clean and spacious. We enjoyed our reunion very much. The room also spacious to share. I have one suggestion that might be helpful for future guests: adding a qiblat direction marker in the room would be very convenient for Muslim travellers. This small addition would make the stay even more accommodating for those looking to perform their prayers. Thank you again for a wonderful experience! Love it..!!🥰
