Beautiful Apt in Victoria Park (Las Olas Blvd)

the location is very good, the appartment is clean, comfortable. I recommend it for a few days.

At least a bottle of water in the fridge when the guest arrives, would be cheap and really appreciated. I couldn't switch on the tv, but wasn't very important. Bad wifi connection.

The location is great. The pool and patio are nice to have.

It is small.

The location was exceptional. I lived in south Florida for over 15 years and Victoria Park is a preferred area with its proximity to shops and beaches.

The mattress was horrible. Everything else was more than amazing.

No coffee maker but ground coffee - strange Loud ac Too hot over night Bed uncomfortable Roaches everywhere hundreds of them, even seen them in the day Gas lighting host Dirty pool WiFi doesn’t match instructions but managed to guess the password to different one Tired furniture Tired apartment Broken toilet seat, broken coffee table Not very clean, dried pee on floor around toilet Oven potentially dangerous, set off CO monitor first night we tried to use it. Apartment Also smells of gas often. Very noisy sometimes in mornings, woken early by construction noise and cleaning noises, leaf blowers 7am

I think it would be nice if there were wash clothes included. Also perhaps a new sponge for each new renter. Ours had dog hair stuck to it. Went and bought wash clothes for bathroom and kitchen. Another nice touch would be salt and pepper and one roll of paper towels. We were unable to take last of trash out for you since the bins were over flowing. Sorry

The apartment was clean, comfortable, all what we needed was there. It’s located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. 40 minute walk to a beach and 20 minutes walk to restaurants on Las Olas. We like walking. So it was exactly what we need.

Great proximity to our destination. Pretty good price/value. Very clean. Great directions from management. The temperature setting was just right. The bed was OK, better for my wife than for me.

There should be a Keurig capability. There was no way to have coffee in the AM.
