"Place is okay but definitely no value for 4,000 rupees !"

Location was good, Host was easy to chat with

No lift and I had my mother in-law who is feeble and struggled to get to the 3rd floor. The heater was not working, had to use the kettle to get hot water. There was only 2 towels for 4 people, no soap in the bathroom. I was a booking.com'genius' member and yet was charged another additional 426 rupees w/o using any other facilities. The host claimed this was 'extra' charges that were hidden even though I have been booking for a while with booking.com and have never paid that.

"Great amenities and cleanliness, but disrupted by power outages and construction noise."

Power interruption for 2 hours in the morning, Solar water heater not working, No lift, Continuous loud repair/construction noise.
