Sunny Eco Home minutes from the beach (Tamsin)

The property is in excellent condition, well decorated and had brilliant facilities including a coffee machine, and the host had very kindly left us milk, tea and biscuits which was a lovely gesture. The check in process was very easy and the host was easily contactable and responsive which made our stay seamless and easy. The property is in a quiet and safe location. I'd definitely stay here again.

The only slight downside is the blinds were quite thin so they let quite a lot of light in which woke us up early, but this is very minor.

It’s perfect for a family vacation. We loved staying here, it’s clean, parking is right infront of the house and it’s walking distance to the beach front. There is a Tesco express nearby and it’s super convenient to get to anywhere on Newquay from here. I will be renting this every time I visit Newquay from now.

The location, size and amenities were great! Communication and flexibility of host was brilliant. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Really lovely house, great facilities, comfy beds, light and airy, close enough to the beach to be able to walk there with surfboards. Lovely beach nearby. Great to have a hose outside and buckets for rinsing wetsuits. Delicious coffee was provided along with milk, biscuits, tea as well as household basics like condiments, seasoning dishwasher tablets, sponges and soaps.

Nothing, it was great. Would highly recommend.

Ideally located in a quiet area but within easy reach of everything. Spacious and homely.

Loved this property. The host could not do enough to support our stay. It was home from home, finished off with access to games and chairs for the beach!

Modern and beautifully decorated. Easy access, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean.
