Nothing!!! It was a scam!!!

They cancelled the booking on the day we arrived...we paid the booking but we were not able to stay there..it was not refunded

The booking was accepted but we weren't able to check-in (no room available upon our arrival). We contacted the owner for refund. He initially agreed but did not process the refund until not. Also became unresponsive since then. Not recommended.

I hope I can have a full refund of my payment. We are already at the lobby of the hotel and waited for more than an hour then the owner will tell us that the booking will be cancelled. She/he didnt inform us earlier if there will be any emergency that occurs. The owner is not answering phone calls also and communicated only with a very short messages. Hope it wont happen also to other future guest.
