AUA pleasant apartment.
Breakfast was inadequate for walkers. This apartment is on the Via Francesco walking route - it needs to have at least muesli, not just floppy cake things in plastic. Everyting in town was closed on a Tuesday night - even pizzerias. The town is also a bit of a grimy, depressed-looking place

USFirst, a wonderful Hostess, Federica, who helps you with everything! Great central location, good safe, free parking across the street. The flat is super clean, freshly renovated and just a great space. It was a wonderful experience!
Nothing—would only suggest providing 1 more fan for the living room (there is 1 in each BR), when it is very hot as I was during Ian our stay.
USLocation and apartment layout was good. Several terraces for clothes drying were helpful as we were hiking daily on the Way of St Francis.
The coffee maker did not work (very disappointing for our coffee drinkers) and the kitchen sink leaked (we cooked dinner there as no restaurants in town were open, but the kitchen sink plumbing issue made a mess which we cleaned up and reported).
GBA really nice apartment - modern, clean, fresh with everything you need. The host was very friendly and helpful - even left a breakfast basket. It’s very central.
