"Family stay"

Location was excellent, close to beaches, shops/restaurants and water park. Good communication with owner, no problems accessing apartment, given clear instructions and responded quickly to any queries. Apartment was lovely, plenty of space for family of four and very clean.

We didn't use the onsite pool, but we were so close to beaches and water park we didn't need to.

Location very good. Good sized bedrooms .

Appalling sound transmission from flat above. No way to make coffeee other than pods. Pool area a bit run down.

Location

Doorhendel to the bathroom was stuck. Only 3 of the same chairs on the terrace. Very few glasses and kitchen is very small.

Apartment ok, certainly NOT premium 5 star

Area round pool was awful, dirty. Never met Raul he obviously didn't think us worth a visit. Could have booked similar apartment through airbandb for half the price

"Comfortable renovated aparts in a great location"

Freshly new apartments with new beds / furniture as of summer 2023. Host is very communicative via Whatsup. Everything was clean, towels are provided for all of us (4). Apartment is on the ground floor so easy access to the terrace. We had a breakfast and dinner there. Internet WiFi and Smart-TV works perfectly! There is a swimming pool available for guests and free sun-loungers. A city beach is just 5 mins walk, an all-you need super market is 6 min away (good selection of sea-food, if you like to cook). Street parking is super easy and free of charge. Volcano's, other amazing beaches are in 15-35 mins by car on the North of the island. While located in the city it was almost quite all 7 nights we stayed there.

We would love to see more cutlery as its not enough for 4 ppl. Terrace has only 2 chairs (one was broken a bit), so you should use another two from the house. Also, chemicals for dishwasher we bought by ourselves (was not provided). There is no private washing machine, but public next door. Some 3-4 cockroaches visited our place who are a permanent habitats of this area (just to know and care about, not an issue of this exact aparts).
