Staff was totally rude, no cleanliness in rooms, not even moped, bedsheets were dirty., they didn't even dropped the bags in the room. Cook was sleeping at 8am so no breakfast. No dinner after 9.30pm, even towels had yellow marks on them totally shabby property. Only 2 people handling the property who leaves around 10pm , you are on your own at this property.
INI had an amazing experience at the hush escape, which is located in kasauli. As this is a Pet Friendly property, you can have an amazing stay here with your pet. Would love to recommend this to all, especially to the pet lovers. It has amenities like lawn, BBQ, bonfire, etc to experience.
