Hot Springs were an absolute delight. Staff were friendly and good humoured with each other as well as with guests. Great location, quite magical really, however, other aspects let the resort down.

Considering the hot springs were spot on, there was no hot water in the room, the velocity of the shower was extremely poor, and barely made it a temperature above freezing. The internet was poor, with hours where there was none at all. It wasn't until I went into the lobby to inform them that I was given a different internet address. However, this only worked ok in the lobby but not in the room. The bed was more like a futon, with a quilt used as a mattress cover. Thailand is well known for comfortable beds and are very accommodating if you request a topper. In all my years travelled to Thailand, I think this was the most uncomfortable stay, so much so, made our excuses and left a day early. It's a pity, just a few adjustments would make this a wonderful place to stay.

Quiet

The road entering the resort is so bad that you need a jeep, some more it’s single flow. The foot path was so muddy. Massage was terrible and expensive Baht1200 per hour.

Beautiful, peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Ao nang and other tourists areas. Staff are extremely welcoming and cannot do enough to keep you happy. Had a beautiful massage and the hot springs are very special and private. Will definitely recommend as a peaceful getaway and great location near the emerald pool and hot springs waterfalls.

Limited food selection due to off peak season but the staff made a big effort to serve are requests.
