Centro 2BR, Rooftop Terrace, Walk to Parroquia

Our stay was quite nice, very near to the main attractions and far enough to allow a good night's sleep, by the way, the bed & pillows were awesome!!!! We didn't have a chance to use the terrace but the view is great, maybe next time we are even able to do some grilling :) The kitchen has all you need for a long stay, the internet works perfectly on all premises and the quality of the essential toiletries was a beautiful surprise. Check-in was easy and independent and although there is no parking space we were able to find something fairly close.

Best value! Extremely clean and spacious apartment just a few blocks from the city center. The beds were extremely comfy, a large kitchen with great coffee and filtered water, a nice roof terrace with a grill and comfy seating overlooking the city - all as pictured. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back.

This was not a problem for me but the apartment is a block or two up a steep hill. Just something to keep in mind if traveling with elderly or anyone who may have a hard time with hills. Many hotels in SM are next to noisy bars and I loved that this apartment was in a quite very local and authentic neighborhood yet very close to the center.

Each area of the house is comfortable and provides plenty of space for all the people staying. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are great. The terrace has amazing views of the city as you are located in the center. The HOLT staff is very quick to respond and always available. I would stay here again.
