Amazing room + Private bathroom, Full sea view

The landlord constantly controls you: don’t do this, that’s wrong, close the window, open the window. You can’t relax at all. If you value peace and quiet, this is not the right place for you. Even opening the door feels like going through obstacles — such a waste of time

לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר. הוא הכין לעצמו סלט ושאל אם אני מעוניין.

לא מצב תקין שבעל הדירה מגיע כל בוקר לדירה בשעה: 03:30 ונשאר עד 07:30 ולפעמים עד 09:00. לי קשה לישון עם דלת סגורה ולכן כל בוקר התעוררתי בין 03:30 לבין 05:00 כאשר הוא הגיע. הוא כתב שהוא מגיע כל בוקר אבל לא כתב את השעה!!!

Просторная гостиная и укомплектованная кухня, очень удобная кровать в уютной спальне. Хозяин общительный, заботливый и отзывчивый. Ну и, конечно, пляж и море в минуте ходьбы.

When I arrived at the apartment, I was shocked to discover that the *host enters the apartment every morning around 5AM*, stays for hours, cooks, showers, and uses the facilities — all without this being mentioned *anywhere* in the listing. This was presented as a *private apartment*, and I booked it expecting full privacy. Had I known this in advance, I would *never have agreed* to this stay. When I confronted the host, he promised it wouldn’t be a problem — but it absolutely is. I can’t rest properly, I wake up early from the noise and movement, and I feel extremely uncomfortable walking around the apartment with a stranger inside. This is *not suitable* for Booking.com but more for a *shared apartment platform*. Additionally, the host *charged VAT*, even though I am a tourist and exempt. He knew that in advance, which makes it even worse.

נהניתי מכל רגע! זו ללא ספק הדירה הכי טובה שהתארחתי בה. רמה גבוהה במיוחד, נקייה, מאובזרת ומכילה כל מה שצריך מתאימה גם ליחיד וגם למשפחות. המיקום פשוט מושלם: מול הים עם נוף יוצא דופן, ובמרחק פסיעה יש סופר, בתי קפה, מקומות בילוי וגם חניה נוחה לרכב. בעל הדירה מקסים, זמין תמיד, ודואג באמת מכל הלב לכל פרט קטן , זה מורגש ומוערך מאוד. אני בטוחה שכל פעם שאחזור לישראל אבחר שוב בדירה הזו. מומלץ בחום לכולם ! הרבה מעבר למצופה! 🌟

Spaziosa, pulita, luminosa, in una posizione ottima per la spiaggia e per fare la spesa, attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per la vita quotidiana.
