Family-Friendly Condo with Pool, Gym, Daycare!

I like how thorough the owner is in posting instructions or reminders all throughout the room. Clean bedsheet and towels. Strong wifi.

There's a little grime on the kettle's tip, also the bench just made the room smaller than it already is. Also a small lamp would make a difference instead of leaving the kitchen light on while sleeping (some people don't sleep in the dark). I didn't pay much (just over 2000) so I shouldn't expect more, plus it was last minute.

The location was good. Easy access into the centre. A short walk across the road to catch a bus or jeep. Condo was very clean. Shower was very nice, a good pressure and constant temperature.

The air con unit was very loud. It would drown out the TV unless the TV was turned up. The mattress was the hardest either of us had ever used. I woke up multiple times at night as I have medical issues which were aggravated by the mattress. There was nowhere to store clothes at all. We had to leave everything in the cases. We didn't like the fact that there was no microwave or toaster, severely limiting cooking options. A single electric ring and a rice cooker isn't enough. The pans had also seen much better days, the enamel had been scratched off so the food would be contaminated by the metal in the pan. I did message the owner via Booking, and again by text. I did not receive a reply to either. Also, there are warning signs everywhere stating the fines to be paid for breaking rules. 3000p for setting off the fire alarm. 5000p for setting it off but putting any fire out safely. 2000p for any vomit stains, plus other listed fines. Having checked back, the pictures of the kitchen were not of the kitchen in our unit. And our unit was cluttered with stuff not shown in the pictures.

View, location and facilities are amazing.

No microwave, toaster, washing machine, and extra bin bags. But bin bags were provided after a few days on request. Sofa was not comfortable. Very small size of flat, congested. No headrest with bed. Not enough crockery. No dining chairs but stools.

I love the location and it is quiet.

There were lots of flying insects in the room. The moment I opened the door, an eclipse of moth welcomed me. A lot of it were on the bathroom walls. The bed is so hard. The photos and sculptures made me feel a bit paranoid/ scared and felt like I was being watched.
