Centrum - Lovely Studio in an Art Noveau House

Pasi was extremely nice to us, we had a good communication about our arrival time and despite his multiple activities, he was there to receive us on time. Also it's so easy to communicate with him. Amazing host. The location was really nice, pretty close to Kamppi, walking distance from Temppeliaukion Kirkko and really easy to get going..... I highly recommend this for 2 people tho, it might be a bit small for 4. But hey, European standards are different from Canadian standards, so, overall, this might be the least of the issues.

There was an isolated issue with the fire alarm being crazy. We arrived pretty tired and that sound was a bit responsive, but I don't think this is something to worry about, since it got fixed within hours.

Great location, very cosy apartment. Has all facilities and kitchen equipment one may need. Warm and comfortable. Very kind host, and easy communication. Will definitely book again if going to Helsinki!

Had excellent and quick response from Pasi after booking his apartment. Pasi provided very detailed information about his place and to arrange handover of key. He was very flexible. The apartment is compact but well laid out with everything that you need. It was nice and warm, comfortable bed and sofa.

Nothing, it was all as described.

Great location, everything is quite close (train station, shops, nice neighbourhood). The building itself is beautiful. The host was nice, communication was easy. We could also drop our suitcases way before the "official" check-in time during the cleaning of the apartment, and also check in also much earlier than the "advertised" time. Requesting a second key was also no issue at all. Very detailed instructions before arriving. Overall well equipped. Very quiet, perfect to actually having a quality rest.

The apartment is quite small, for three persons it felt crowded. I would recommend it mainly for solo travelers and couples for this reason. The beds (bed + sofa) were a bit too soft to our liking (but it can be a plus as well if this is your preference) A bit more paperwork than at other places, but nothing too serious.

Everything is fine! The owner met me at the Pasila station and handed over the keys. The apartment is not big, but very comfortable and cozy, equipped with household appliances. Appliances are in good working order. The extremely good place!

Great neighbourhood with many of the major sights in walking distance. The house is charming, the host helpful and accommodating.

Convenient location, very close to the town center and a shopping mall. Friendly host 👍
