Outstanding location and staff, one of the most beautiful property I have seen! A remarkable attention to details, this place is one of a kind!

Beautiful property nestled in a quiet and affluent part of Clifton closer to Camps Bay than Seapoint. Staff was awesome and very helpful and warm, room was stunning (we stayed in the queen suite) and refreshments were free throughout our stay. Internet, electricity, AC and water pressure were good. Our stay included a free airport transfer which we appreciated. The in room menu was also good - portions were a bit small though but they gave us our last lunch on the house, which was also a lovely gesture. Quiet at night which is great for light sleepers. Definitely more of a place for couples. Decor of the property was stunning and the owner swings by every Monday.

No true complaints. Some observations: - No elevator so if you have an issue with climbing steps, this may be problematic. - Breakfast was good but lack of variety was felt after the 4th morning. - Dinner on premise was exorbitant at $200 pp so we opted to always eat out. - the iPad messages (used to communicate with staff) did not function well in the evenings as they went largely unread

A luxurious and bespoke experience. Lovely accommodating and friendly staff. Incredible chef who accommodated every meal to our preferences and allergies. Fabulous and attentive concierge service. Best location in Cape Town. Exceptional bar and canapé offerings. The most exquisite views.

The location is out of this world. The staff really leaved up to the expectation
