This booking was advertised as "A lovely 2 bedroom in Inverness, Scotland." This is a complete falsehood! Booking.com obviously did not vet the owner. This was our first time visiting the area. We booked this place for two nights, after reading the fake reviews. We arrived in the late eveing. We were shocked by the seedy neighborhood. There was a broken car sitting on cinder blocks parked outside the unit. There was visible trash everywhere. We wanted to leave straight away, but it was very late we were tired. Inside the unit, there was an odor that I could not identify. The beds were small, uncomfortable and low, meant for small children . The towels were very old,dingy and smelled. The tub was dirty and too high, making it difficult to get into. Also. There was a lot of noise from other units. Sleep was restless as we felt unsafe. We could not leave early enough the following morning. This place is dangerous and unsafe. DO NOT BOOK!!! We will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com, in hopes that they do the right thing and issue us a full refund.
GBOh my god wow! I am blown away about how amazing the hosts were! The flat is gorgeous and in very safe location. Beds were comfy and everything was so clean and well maintained :) the flat looks even nicer than the photos and it's massive! What really impressed me was how sweet and caring owners were as they left us some food and drinks ! We travelled over 8 hours so we were extremely tired and it was just so nice to open the fridge and see all the food they stocked up for us. I literally couldn't believe it! They bought so much and were very generous! If you're thinking of booking this place - you have found yourself a diamond so book asap. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to amazing owners, what an incredible and memorable stay :')
GBThe flat was lovely. Clean and spacious. The owners had very kindly left bread, cheese, tomatoes and wine! It was so helpful for my daughter who was working at the hospital.

GBLockbox entry, well stocked kitchen, kind of them to leave some food and milk for us. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable.
