It was incredibly clean and well kept, easy to get to all the main spots in Luang Prabang. The host is one of the kindest people we have met during our time travelling, he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect with your stay, including assisting with any travel, internally and externally, that may be needed. The laundry service is a massive plus, but the room itself was so comfortable and was a lovely place to spend some time.

The breakfast was delicious (fruit smoothie, plate with fruit and a dish of your choice), the place very clean and the location is like 10 -15 minutes walk to the museum/night market. The owner is always smiley, speaks English and he's happy to help with anything you need. We also rented a scooter there, leaving our passport with the guesthouse owner, not with the motorbike agency.

I don't usually write reviews but I am writing one now because I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my stay here. Our room was clean and tidy with a powerful AC and a hot shower (the first truly hot shower I've had during my month in Southeast Asia). There is a little patio area that overlooks the river, and the hotel is two doors down (toward the end of the peninsula) from a restaurant that serves delicious duck and cold beer and seemed to be very popular with the locals. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh fruit, your choice of entrée and a drink (the mango shake was my favorite). The owner went above and beyond in being kind, helpful, and accommodating, and had a very lovely family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Ouis. The room was spacious, beautifully clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – we slept so well! Breakfast was a highlight each day, with several delicious options to choose from. A big thank you to Robert and his lovely family – they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We also really appreciated the water fountain available for guests. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Luang Prabang!

I had a perfect stay in this guesthouse in Luang Prabang where in the end I stayed 6 nights (after originally booking fewer). Host is very kind and breakfast (various options: cooked egg in various ways with bread, plus fruit, plus fruit smoothie) was very good. The chairs outside (with view to the river) are less comfortable than they originally look, but there’s other normal chairs and the outside area is still very good to relax) Big spacious room with AC and fan, safe, fridge, … I would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Laos :)
