Luang Prabang - Villa Ouis Namkhan Riverside 2

Perfect location. Quite peaceful. Lovely balcony with comfortable chairs overlooking the river. Comfortable bed and sheets. Just a really great place. Hope the owner of the guesthouse know what a gem he has in the young man running it. Always helpful, smiling, polite, fixes everything.

Nice very kind staff, they even prepare one day late breakfast for me.

Very bad smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom , that were also in the whole bedroom

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns gern alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Frühstücksauswahl war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Man ist in 10min in der Altstadt und und in 2 min am Mekong.

Die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse waren uns unbequem und so konnten wir die gebuchte Terrasse eigentlich nicht nutzen. In der Umgebung mit mehreren Restaurants kann es abends etwas laut werden, aber bis Mitternacht ist Ruhe.

This place gave me a very special feeling. Every day, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and helpful advice. When I returned after a long day of sightseeing, they always offered me hot tea, which made me feel truly welcome. Breakfast included fresh fruit and simple but delicious homemade dishes. The room was clean and fragrant, and I felt very safe here. The staff also shared helpful local tips that I couldn't find online, and they helped me plan my days easily. It really felt like being at home with family, not in a hotel. I will miss this place for a long time.

The location is excellent at the end of the peninsula in Luang Prabang and very near to the main Wats. It is quite a quiet area. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

The room was small. It stated it had a garden view, but the windows looked out onto galvanised iron fencing. The bathroom was a wet room and so you had the perennial problem of what to do after showering. It was all a bit basic and we had much better accommodation for about the same price elsewhere. The walls were paper thin and so we had noise all around us and from barking dogs at night. Breakfast wasn't a great quality.

Muffiger Geruch zu Anfang, der dann aber wegging. Sehr hellhörig.
