"Once I got in it was perfect. Not having the keys on arrival was bad"

The keys were missing from the lockbox. It was after 5:00 and a snowstorm had come in. My daughter had surgery the next morning and needed to be fed and moved into our accommodations quickly. I called Stars of Boston and later sent them a picture of the empty lockbox. Not receiving a quick response we checked into a nearby hotel. After we did that, Stars of Boston got back to me and said they sent the housekeeper back to put the key in the box. I told them I already made alternate arrangements for that night and didn’t want to uproot my daughter and asked for a refund for the first night. I was told they were waiting for a return call from the owner. This was 4 days ago. I’ve checked out since and still no refund or response.
