"Expérience catastrophique d' équipements défaillants et aucune communication avec le loueur Zodiac"

Nous avons loué un appartement de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, la localisation est très centrale mais équipements défaillants et dangereux, communication exécrable avec l'agence Zodiac qui n'a pas géré nos demandes et qui exigeait au préalable un dépôt de garantie alors qu'il n'était pas mentionné sur Booking. Notre séjour a été énormément gâché avec beaucoup de perte de temps à appeler ou attendre le passage de Zodiac qui n'a pas assuré. Je déconseille fortement.

les agents de l'agence Zodiac qui gère la location de l'appartement, n'ont cessé de nous harceler pour qu'on communique notre adresse mail personnelle afin de payer un dépôt de garantie - ce qui n'a jamais été indiqué sur le site Booking.com. Mais dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté que plusieurs équipements étaient défaillants (fils électriques à nu sur 1 des deux lampes de chevet, l'autre lampe défectueuse, un mitigeur cassé qui rendait une des douches impraticable) et des travaux bruyants avaient lieu au niveau des fenêtres du salon et des chambres, ce qui ne correspondait pas à la description du logement de standing décrit sur Booking. Après plusieurs demandes restées sans réponse et au bout de 3 jours,nous nous sommes déplacés au bureau de Zodiac, bien reçus par une personne qui nous a assuré que les lampes seraient changées, qu'aucun dépôt de garantie ne serait exigé et qu'un dédommagement serait envisagé et nous avons dû attendre le passage d'un technicien qui n'a rien réglé du tout et bien sûr nous n'avons jamais reçu le moindre dédommagement ! Perte de temps et d'argent, trouble de jouissance de l'appartement. Cette expérience a été catastrophique

Booking.com gave me a different fare and at the property, I was asked to pay more than what Booking.com quoted me. The justification did not make sense to me

Very helpful and responsive property managers. Clean and tidy, quiet, modern apartment. Great alternative to CBD hotels.

Communications were tricky - between the booking platform and direct with the property managers, I was repeatedly asked to confirm and reconfirm a check in time, even when it had already been done several times. If anything, there were too many comms which became confusing to then go and find the booking info I needed, particularly when my check in was very early in the morning. That said, the property managers were always extremely prompt to respond, no matter the time, and were very helpful.
