Não foram claros nas instruções enviadas do check in de qual era o apartamento e no check out , falta de informação de onde deixar a chave . Tentei ligar mas não consegui contato , cliquei opção de atendimento em português e uma pessoa que só fala inglês atendeu e desligava . Depois consegui comunicar somente pelo chat do Booking. Precisam ser mais claros e objetivos.

Ce n' est pas un critique mais j aurais aimé trouver plus des trucs de nettoyage car j'avais un enfant qui a tombé malade et je n ai pas trouvé des serpillères.

We had to leave the property within 30 mins of arrival as the main bedroom had leak damage and black mould on the ceiling and in the wardrobe that made it impossible to stay there. Health hazards aside, it smelled soo bad. We informed the team immediatley to come and check it out and if we could be moved. But after chasing and chasing they werent replying to we had to book a last minute apartment nearby as we had our young son with us. I texted the team all week for a resolution and i was getting fobbed off the whole time, in which they finally came back saying it wasnt mould. When it was. Horrible horrible experience. It ruined our whole trip.
