Le calme et l'emplacement. Possible de garer les voiturettes dans la rue devant la maison. La literie est bonne.

Aucun entretien de la maison et du jardin. Les volets ne ferment pas. Trous des les moustiquaires. Nombreux insectes dans la maison, dont un scolopendre dans la chambre.
