USUSVery quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. It was pretty centralized for beaches. Clearwater about 25 mins and the others within 30mins to an hour. If you are looking for high class then this isn’t the place for you. The price is very reasonable for this place. I really can’t complain about our stay. Really enjoyed our stay.
This isn’t things that particularly bother us but landscaping definitely needs work and organization of some things. Organization can be impossible with all the guests.

USThe home was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We really enjoyed hanging out in the screened-in back patio room in the evenings after visiting in the area during the days. We also liked that we were treated as adults without a long list of posted rules. The owner/property manager communicated well and responded in a timely manner to questions we emailed.
USThe house was perfect for our family getaway. Location was ideal, everything was close by, beach, restaurants, stores. We love our time at the pool, it was nice that the backyard was all fenced and private, our dogs loved it. The house was nice and had all we needed. Can’t wait to go back!
