Overall, the apartment was very good — well-equipped (shampoo and towels included) with many electric appliances, clean, and in a great location near a bus stop and the Opera metro station. It's close to a Spar supermarket and several cafés for your morning coffee, the neighbourhood is quiet.

The only downside was the bed: it wasn’t very comfortable, the pillows weren’t great, and instead of one large blanket for a double bed, there were two smaller ones, which wasn’t ideal.

The location was central and the bed was clean and comfortable.

We had 2 bad nights of very loud noise which kept us up even with headphones and white noise. We talked to owner about this and he said he would talk to neighbour it continued for that night but was quieter nights after. It being advertised as soundproof when it very much isn't. We discussed this with the owner and he said because it is in an inner courtyard that it isn't getting road traffic therefore soundproof. Unfortunately that doesn't mean soundproof, soundproofing means internal efforts to eliminate noises. There was a sign with house rules saying that the apartment would receive new linens and towels for free once during a week stay which is how long we stayed here. We never got this and only had 2 bath towels for the 2 of us for the stay. In general very run down and not clean, we put blanket on couch to sit on it cause its very discoloured and manky. Sewage smell in the bathroom also. And hot water doesn't last long enough for 2 to shower in a row, you need to wait. Pushy about a 10 star review also as he sent this to us asking to review "Unfortunately, due to Booking.com's special rating system, only a main rating of 10 is considered good (I know this doesn't sound logical, but unfortunately, that's how it is)." I think you earn the rating you deserve and people will want to give you a 10 when it is worth it. Which I have done for almost all my stays on booking.com. so this isn't a stream of bad reviews on my behalf.

I liked the look and feel of the apartment. It was also quiet set back from the busy street and the other residents where also quiet. The location to local amenities, public transport and the rest of the city is also good.

Although the glass was frosted I would have preferred for there to be another curtain over the main door for further privacy.

The location is quite good - you can walk to a number of major attractions, and get to the rest by public transport, which stops nearby. A separate bedroom with a large bed and a comfortable mattress. Spacious common room, central heating. At the same time, the windows overlook the courtyard and you are not bothered by the noise of the big city. There are shops and cafes nearby.

In the photos, the apartments look clearly better than they really are. The landlord of the apartment does not respond to messages very promptly (sometimes after 5-6 hours), which is often inconvenient. Not a single capsule was left for the dishwasher, and we had to buy a whole package, as the dishwasher was one of our top priorities when choosing an apartment. I had to sort out the reasons for the incorrect operation of the heating system through messages (the room temperature sensor was hidden in the closet) and it was very uncomfortable upon arrival. The refrigerator is very small

Good location, and clean and comfortable

The property was in a great location and very central. It was clean and had everything we needed, which is often hard to find as I travel monthly and always choose apartments. The host was very kind and we maintained good communication with him prior and during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment or stay there again. It’s also closed off from the Main Street with a code locked door so nobody can just walk in off the street. It has supermarkets nearby including 2 spars and a Lidl.
