Der Weg bis zu den Niagarafällen ist relativ kurz. Wer Laufen gewohnt ist, kann den Weg auch zu Fuß zurücklegen und muss nicht vom Appartement mit dem Auto dorthin fahren. Das Apartment ist liebevoll ausgestattet und gepflegt.

Die Haupttür lies sich nicht öffnen und wir mussten den Gastgeber anrufen. Eine sehr genervte Dame teilte dann mit, dass man die Tür beim Öffnen erst an sich ranziehen muss. Wir entschuldigen uns bei der offenbar genervten Dame für unsere unangebrachte Frage... vermutlich waren wir die Einzigen mit diesem Problem...oder auch nicht!? Das Bett ist nicht besonders hochwertig und nur ein billiges Metallgestell. Sieht aus wie ein aufklappbares Gästebett...ist vermutlich auch eines!? Bei diesem ansonsten tollen Apartment hätte ich ein hochwertigeres Bett erwartet. Die Couch ist durchgelegen. Wer vor hat, darauf zu schlafen, sollte es lieber nicht tun. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt, der "Aufstieg" zum Apartment mit Koffern ist beschwerlich. Wer sein Apartment nicht im Erdgeschoß hat, der sollte nur mit leichtem Gepäck reisen und keine Knieprobleme haben. Der Treppenaufgang ist sehr schmal und steil. Wir fanden die Gegend auch nicht besonders ansprechend. Ich hatte ein wenig Bedenken irgendetwas im Auto zu lassen. Die umliegenden Häuser waren teilweise in einem so schlechten Zustand, das man sich nicht besonders sicher in der Gegend gefühlt hat. Aber vielleicht bewerten wir das als Europäer zu hart. Ist ggf. in manchen Teilen Amerikas normal. Was wir ebenfalls als sehr nervig empfunden haben, ist die Flut an Nachrichten, die man nach der Buchung erhält. Ich finde es grundsätzlich gut, dass der Gastgeber gewisse Informationen teilen möchte - Aber- wenn ich in Urlaub bin, möchte ich nicht ständig die E-Mails bzw. Benachrichtigung checken müssen, weil wieder eine neue Information zur Buchung geschickt wurde. Ich glaube ich habe vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis zum Einchecken mindestens 7 Nachrichten erhalten. Und diese Nachrichten sind halbe Romane. Da hat man schon beim Öffnen der Nachricht keine Lust zum Lesen!!

The location is bad and good. Bad because there is no much around the house. You need a car to go pick up a coffee. Good because it is close to the Canada border where you can enjoy the best of the Niagara falls.

There is no much there, it is a suburban area. The house is cleaned but nothing more. By Also, the unit is located on the second floor and the stairs are not safe for a person with mobility problems and it is not disclosed in the description of the property.

Un barrio tranquilo u cerca de las cataratas a pie, fácil de acceder, estaba completo con lo que uno necesitaba.

El aire acondicionado del dormitorio daba a la cabecera de la cama no dejaba dormir, la losa estaba muy aceitosa debimos lavar todo antes de usar.

The place was very nice and ideally located. The cost was reasonable for the area, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

We experienced several issues with the door-lock systems, which became quite frustrating. The locks malfunctioned multiple times, including once in the middle of the night, which was particularly stressful and disruptive.

The place is only 5 short blocks to Rainbow Bridge. We walked to Canada!

Older area with some rundown houses around first appearance is not good, but the area is safe and everybody’s trying to bring the neighborhood up close to the casino, but there’s lots of restaurants within walking distance and tours will pick you up at the Airbnb.

Area around the house, but after staying the first night, it was fine just an older area with people trying to get the neighborhood back up and they’re all doing a great job.

Location is great!

Parking is confusing, it doesn’t say on the street when you can park. Last day got a ticket. Upstairs neighbors are really loud, if you like to sleep in this is not the place
