CYThe location was perfect next to metro station. The place was not that clean. There was hot water. Many stairs to reach it, but it was okay for us. It was not that spacious. It is nice for travellers who want just a place to sleep at night!

It was one of the worst experiences ever, the AC was not working, the room temperature was too low, we spent two nights in an uncomfortable place. We tried to get in contact with them several times, and they said they will come by to bring us portable heaters, we left the keys the second day so as for them to come. They never came also they lied that they came and resolved everything. They are fraudulent, at least they should have the dignity to accept that they made a mistake. Also so dangerous cause they don’t even have lights in the stairs.

The door was hard to unlock
NLFacilities were very clean, Blanka was very nice and helped me a lot and the mini kitchen was handy.
The bed on room 123 makes a lot of noise.
