Lilliput - Delightful 1-bedroom shepherd's hut

The charm of the shepherds hut was off the charts! I loved the comfy, cozy bed and the bathroom was small but beautifully appointed.

The hut was set on a small holding amongst trees. The hut was lovely and cozy.

The property is nothing compared what is being described on booking.com. It was absolutely awful staying there I have to leave before because was dirty bedding and no way to deal with. I don’t recommend to no one. Also they don’t mention nothing about pay extra for a dog and when they saw me they asked me for more money.

Don’t even recommend to any friends or family.

What a beautiful place and lovely hosts

I was greeted by John upon arrival. John kindly offered to light the log burner one hour before I was due to return which was very helpful.

Nothing. The shepherds hut offered what I expected.

Customer service was really good! Dog friendly too was a great quiet get away for us !

Lovely place, very clean, tidy and warm. Very well equiped. Nice touches with the little mince pies and porridge being left. Dog enjoyed being able to run around the fields. We all thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

A gorgeous little hut which I think would be in a lovely place in the summer (nothing looks as good in the winter!) Very friendly hosts and plenty of room for the dog to go for a walk. The hut was clean, with all you need for a little stay and a very comfy bed.

There needs to be a bit more wood to burn in the winter! A november night meant I went through it quite fast and I didn't get in till 9.30pm. However I am sure the hosts would top up if you were there longer
