Kittiwake Number 4A - Town Centre Ground Floor

The accommodation was excellently fitted out and very clean.

The accommodation was not suitable for a disabled person. There were no grab rails to help you get up the steep step upon entry. The bathroom didn't have any grab rails in the shower or near the toilet to assist a disabled person. The bathmat only covered the area directly under the shower and it needed a seat for security. The settee was too low and very difficult to sit or arise from without help. This is not a criticism just an observation.

Completely spotless, warm and comfortable and very well kitted out.

Nothing to dislike.

I liked the location, very center to all amenities. Modern, Spacious, clean and bed so comfortable.

There are windows but tinted, I hated being enclosed without a view. Just like inside a box without knowing what's happening outside.

Everything was amazing and we were impressed with the facilities provided. The apartment was easy to access and was on the doorstep of all local amenities which was amazingly convenient. It’s fitted with a dishwasher, vacuum, hair dryer and everything else needed to clean and maintain the beautiful condition we arrived to. Would absolutely stay here again!

Didn’t realise the double bed was two single beds pushed together but it wasn’t an issue at all.

Calm decor, large tv. Well equipped kitchen area. Lovely walk in shower. Quiet location.

The place is accessible except the step up through the door from outside. So not ideal for a wheelchair. But one of us used a walker which was doable, if a bit awkward. Inside fine though.

The location was perfect in the town centre. A very clean modern property all you need for your stay. We loved the little touches like milk in the fridge and biscuits and toiletries.

Parking is very sparse it took ages to find a spot. No fault of the owners who provide you with a pass to park.

Lovely apartment, right in the centre of everything in Brid, well equipped with everything you would need, great shower, and very comfy huge bed! Met the owner who was lovely. Easy access with a key safe. Great place!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the large windows were frosted so you couldn’t see outside, but it also stops passers by looking in, so you have complete privacy!
