- bed should have been changed 10 years ago, I could not sleep without feeling the bed structure in my ribs - we had to buy a fan as the AC is a very poor solution, its a portable AC that does not generate enough cool air to allow someone to sleep in 30 degrees heat. We had to walk to get a fan which was as noisy as the AC which is located in front of the couch and hence we had both noises from the fan and from AC to annoy us. In addition to the AC being weak and noisy it was putting unpleasant responsibility for us to change the water that leaks in a mop bucket and it shouldnt flood. - the room has those 2 big windows but there was absolutely no good light entering the room and when the lights were on it was still very dark. - this one might not be a bad thing for everyone but for me, since I went to the trouble to go buy a fan which was 15€ and carry it all the way plus set it up and fix it to work, the landlord asked me to pay 8€ more euros for the city tax (deducted 15 out for 23) In my culture we would have apologised and not even mention 8 euros which should have been also compensated for our bad experience and the uncomfort in the house, and going through the trouble of buying a fan. - the landlord is nice and responsive, but its a scam for all that money to provide such little comfort within the apartment. I could have stayed somewhere much better! Would not visit again!

The bed was only ok. Not great. Quite hard and clearly old. But we slept ok.

SGVery good location. Walkable from train station and arms' reach to city centre. The apartment itself was tastefully and adequately furnished. Host was very responsive and helpful.
Can be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Noise from restaurant/bar below got quite loud one night (presumably someone had a party!). Couple of small issues were quickly resolved but should not have happened if communicated before hand.
