A very nice, modern and well equipped, quaint apartment. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of La Spezia and just a few minutes further down to the harbour. Very good location! All of the contacting and arranging was done through booking.com and then WhatsApp messages, the host Roberto was very quick to respond and was very helpful. There was a wide variety of food and drinks left in the apartment for us for breakfast and snacks, much more than I expected which was a bonus. I can definitely recommend!

Just a very small thing, although there was a washing line hanging from our bedroom window outside, there wasn't anywhere to hang our wet towels or wet washing inside, when the weather wasn't so good, except for over the back of a few chairs. A foldable clothes rack for inside would be useful.

Everything!! The attention to detail was next level…! They also had a washing machine which came in very handy.

Everything was amazing

The apartment is just as it’s described and pictured. It’s a short walk to the train station as well as the town center. Well lit, clean safe area. The host, Roberto, went above and beyond to help with my transportation issues (train canceled due to strike). He checked in throughout the day to make sure I arrived safely even though it was quite late. The apartment also has an assortment of snacks and beverages that were very much appreciated after my long day of traveling. There were also varied pamphlets to view of local activities. This is a great place to stay if you are exploring all the Italian Riviera towns in the Cinque Terre!

I would just warn that for anyone with mobility issues this property is only accessible by stairs and the neighborhood also is mostly stairs.

The location of the apartment is close to the train station and a little far from the center. The apartment is not big but properly equipped

The environment is not pleasant, many stairs to go up to the apartment, far from the center

Location is great. It was clean and cozy. Roberto is a great host, easy to communicate.

We lacked a microwave. And it was a bit noisy sometimes as we could hear the neighbors from above.

Very well appointed. Pleasant surprise that it was fully stocked. Everything top quality. Most comfortable bed the entire trip.

A few more stairs than our luggage would have liked, but really quite close to the train station.

The apartment is very clean , new and spacious. Plenty of drinks and simple breakfast have provided for free. There is a washing machine which is very useful for our long stay in Europe. The two aircon run very well. It’s located in a quiet location . We slept so well . About 7 mins walk from the station. 10 mins walk to the restaurant areas. Thank you Roberto for everything.
