NZThe house is new and is on a quiet street. The TV has Netflix. All the bedrooms have queen beds and two of them onsuite. We were there to watch a musical in CBD and the house is just a few mins drive to the Hamilton Gardens and CBD,.
NZLoved the freshness of the house it was warm and welcoming, exceeded our expectations, loads of space through the whole house, security system was perfect especially with the young group of girls I had with me. Highly recommend

AULocation was good and relatively easy accessible to the places we needed to be. The house was warm and nicely laid out with plenty of bathrooms and we liked the room on the bottom for the 2 aunties who could not walk up the stairs. Having good wireless was great. The house was very clean :-)
No clear directions on where the keys to the house were. The code given was for the house alarm. We accessed the house via the back door that was left open. No-one came to meet us or picked up the phone when we rang to get clearer idea of where the house keys were so we couldn't lock up the house when we went out. The walls of the rooms are very thin, can hear what is being said in the next room. We needed to have a broom and small broom set to sweep floor though a vacuum would have been better. And the bed downstairs and one of the rooms upstairs need to have 2 king single beds in each of them. We had to have children sleep together who usually have their own beds and two adults (aunties) sleep together who would have preferred their own bed.
