The Property can use more lighting, especially in staircases and building corners

No on-site breakfast, but there were multiple breakfast venue options within a quick and easy walk, from basic take-away to full American breakfast.

As the name of the motel suggests, one side of the motel (the side where the office is located) is very close to an active trolley trolley line, so anyone booking here should be prepared for that noise source, which shouldn't be a major problem, depending on how lightly you sleep. Also, be prepared to provide a $100 (cash only) damage deposit at check-in.
