My colleagues and I were attending a study day at Teesside University, and the house was superbly located, with a less than 10 minute walk to campus. The property was clean and well presented throughout, and the kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook your meals there. That said, there were restaurants within easy walking distance also.

Parking is limited to one car as you would expect for a terraced property. Not an issue, but the lounge was a little snug for four people to sit comfortably.

Very good property but needs to be cleaned and maintained better especially the fridge which was smelly and super dirty I don’t even feel comfortable enough to just drinks inside

The tables and floors are quite dirty , fridge is super dirty, bedding could be better

Very clean and comfortable with great communication from owner. Loads of parking available.

Everything about the property is super fabulous. Good value for money. However the parking is concerning. Everywhere around the streets, it reads “permit holders only”.

It is a very comfortable and spacious space to stay. The location is a bit far from the town centre and train station but it's a quiet space.

Unfortunately, the previous tenant did some damage to the property that led to doors cannot be fully closed. The good thing is the landlord did contact us prior and we have mental preparation.

It was clean nice homely home.

The room is big enough for our family. And we can park our cars in front of the flat. The location is good. It's easy to find.
