Good location, great facilities.

On our first night, upon returning from an evening out, we were shocked to find that all of our belongings were missing from the accommodation. My friend and I almost filled a police report, believing the property had been robbed. Only later did we discover that this was due to a miscommunication between the property’s caretakers. Initially, we were instructed to check in to a different unit. Once the caretakers realized their mistake, all of our luggage was moved, without our knowledge or consent. After a period of great stress and frustration, we managed to retrieve our belongings from the caretaker. The only compensation we received was a brief “I’m sorry” message, with no proper clarification of the incident. Regardless, we are just relieved that none of our valuables, including passports and cash—went missing, but the decision to move guests’ personal items without permission is completely unacceptable. This not only caused unnecessary panic and distress, but also reflects poorly on the property’s management and professionalism. I strongly urge the management to improve coordination and communication among staff to ensure that such incidents never happen again. Guests should be able to feel safe and secure in their accommodation, this experience left us feeling the exact opposite.
