Heart of the city - Modern studio with balcony

The host contacted me the day before travel to tell me they overbooked and my reservation will be canceled. The guy on the phone had the worst attitude and couldn't care less about leaving me without accommodation the day before my stay. I had to chase them to actually cancel the reservation and refund me. I suspect they were hoping i will end up cancelling it at my end so they would keep the non-refundable money. They ignored my requests until i asked booking.com to intervene.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y contaba con todo lo imprescindible para una estancia cómoda. Aunque es pequeño, resulta acogedor y bien aprovechado. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y dispone de todo lo necesario para cocinar. Además, había supermercados y un centro comercial relativamente cerca, lo que resultó muy práctico durante la estancia. La valoración general es muy positiva y es una muy buena opción por su limpieza, comodidad y precio.

Como aspectos a mejorar, se encuentra algo alejado y el transporte público es limitado, aunque con servicios como Bolt o Uber se puede llegar al centro o al aeropuerto de forma económica. La ducha es poco práctica, ya que la mampara es pequeña y se moja el baño; además, el suelo puede resultar resbaladizo.

Atmosferă caldă și plăcută, colaborare foarte bună cu personalul. Recomand!

He refunded my money.

At first glance everything seemed fine: the place was in a quiet neighborhood, and the apartment looked cozy. However, the boiler wasn’t working, so we had no hot water or heating. I wrote to the owner — he said he fixed some things, but nothing actually changed. We couldn’t take a shower, so I told him he should refund me for that day. He agreed and said he would come tomorrow to repair it himself. However, I had set up some barriers in the house, so even if they came, they wouldn’t be able to do anything. He told me it was a long story and said: “You stay there for 3 days and I’ll give you the money back.” And that’s what happened. There was no kettle, and the bathroom door didn’t close properly either.
