L'emplacement de l'appartement est top, une vue magnifique et tout est accessible à pieds. La terrasse est agréable et assez grande. La climatisation est grandement appréciée et indispensable par ces temps de canicule. Le double vitrage également qui isole du bruit de la rue très passante.

L'agencement de l'appartement est vraiment très étrange : la salle à manger se trouve côté nuit dans une pièce isolée qui semble plutôt être faite pour une autre chambre. La première SDB est vraiment trop petite et étroite et dégage des odeurs d'égouts. La décoration est vraiment très vieillotte ainsi que l'ameublement mais c'est fonctionnel. Il manque un grille-pain dans la cuisine.
