It is an excellent location with plenty of breakfast cafes within walking distance, all with a great choice of Italian pastries and coffee.

Everything was satisfactory; it is centrally located, with easy walking access to cafes, restaurants, markets, and shopping.

Large, clean, well appointed apartment. Ceilings are tall! Very good communication with the host.

No free parking. You must pay to park in close by parking lot. Otherwise it is a nightmare to try and find a spot in the street. Synagoge next door was heavily guarded by local police, making us a bit nervous. Not much to see or do in Livorno.

Very large, beautiful apartment, modern equipped kitchen, comfortable, quiet bedroom, the enormous luxury of two bathrooms, air conditioners everywhere, an elevator... A great location for both Livorno and those wanting to visit Pisa and Lucca while staying on the seafront! I recommend!!!

The host was good and responded immediately for any query we had. We liked it. The location of the apartment was perfect. The parking was never an isssue. It was just 2mins away from the apartment and always easily available paid parking (people get scared of paid parking, but to be honest we always reach home after 8 (free parking) and leave morning 10 or 11 - so just paid 2-3 hours parking everyday. Food of Livorno is super delicious. Beaches awesome, specially can easily drive to Calambrone or Tertenia.

Too much trouble to get a hot shower so we moved to a proper hotel.

This apartment is in a luxurious older building right in the center of the old city. The apartment is very large — every room is substantial and comfortable. Ceilings are at least 12 feet high. AC/heat that you control. Two bathrooms, so the front bath can accommodate another couple sleeping on the softer sleeper. Works like two bedrooms. The kitchen has all of the necessary cooking supplies. The large bed is very comfortable, and so are the pillows! For a traveler like me, that is a great feature. Everything is updated and in good working order. The washing machine is a plus. Great window in the bedroom looks over the city. Very quiet. Elevator. Great communication.

No negatives

Location was perfect, right by the duomo. Easy access to buses and taxis. The bar/ristorante right by the apartment is great for morning, lunch, or apertivo. I enjoyed hearing the duomo bells (they don't ring at night). Keys were in a lock box so we didn't have to arrive at a specific time (our train was very late).

I've stayed in many vacation apartments and they normally have at least a few kitchen basics such as a couple of coffee pods and salt and pepper.

Super clean and comfortable. Unusual layout of the apartment with two bathrooms (a major plus) and washing machine. Very comfortable beds! Great location in the centre of the city, everything nearby. Parking available not far by the canal, affordable rates.

The cathedral is just across the street and its bells toll every hour from 7am to 10pm. It is a feature not a flaw.

The staff was easy to communicate and quick response. Easy to park around apartment. (Like 3 min. from apartment) Across the road, there is a delicious pasticceria!

It isn't an apartment who is sensitive for noise because of cathedral bells and also noise from the street.
