Cube/Mailbox/Luxury New Build- 2 Bed Apartment

This is a fake listing .. booked and the number on The profile is not linked to anyone. Had to get in touch with customer service. It’s fake!! A scam !

I had booking this place a week before . But when I arrived on the date..... he didn't answer my texts or call.. then I had called few times more after 1 .50 hours waiting ... the assure was you don't have any booking made..... how come if the money has gone for my account. ... just said have booking it already.. he did cancel my booking anda said money back in a week. .. I had to sort money out by myself to find the way to book another apartment...... I won't Recommend this apartment as the hostess has been very rude... ... so if you looking to have a peaceful and nice holidays. I wont never recomed this place...... pay more and choose to have a nice stay ... no been trapped in this situation...... ...THAT REVIEW IS TO SHOW YOU MY FEEDBACK....

Very Rude. Didn't care to sort out the issues he made ... no answer phone. ... and the money back you just get back after 1 week. Was horrible to sort out money to rent another place to say. And it even more expensive.... I been hours trying to contack him he been ignoring my call. Do not mske the same mistake...

nice apartment . location was fine

there was a couple of things . funny smell when we got in to the apartment . and also the iron was all sticky and the iron board cover was coming off u need to replace it with a thicker one but overall was a nice stay .

Location was good, close to bars and restaurants. Modern apartment with spacious rooms. Clean. Self check in which was easy enough. Apartment was very warm, the radiators were all on 27 degrees when we first arrived so turned them all off!

Kitchen could be equipped better- only 2 mugs for 4 people. Lacking scissors and other utensils. The apartment really smelt of smoke throughout the whole weekend which was a shame - not sure if this is from other residents in the block or previous guests. None of the group are smokers and we found this quite uncomfortable at times especially as some of us had asthma. We had to open the windows whilst we were in the apartment to try and get some fresh airflow into the apartment but you could really notice it when we left the apartment and then came back in having spent time away.

The land Lord has been the most rude unhelpful and demanding person I had come across in Booking.com asking for a deposit of 200£ before give information and where to collect keys even after pay in advanced the stay and give identification with driving license i did the transfer of deposit from the train on my way to Birmingham and didn’t worked Because he didn’t get deposit in advance didn’t give any information how to collect keys and apartment num contacted directly by phone and in a very rude manners explained that his personal num was only for emergencies The keys had to be collected in a petrol station outside flat The concierge were very helpful and understanding but there are not involved with this gentleman business I wanted only a to be resend the link to be able to send deposit again as first attempt didn’t work I was outside property unable to get in for about an hour He couldn’t appreciate the emergency of the situation and complain I was bothering him for NOT an emergency situation

location is not The Cube/ Mailbox, it’s 10 mins walk and area felt edgy. shower broken. only 2 mugs for a 4 person apartment. cleaners arrived at 10am when checkout was 11am

We were given the wrong keys apartment due to this we had a very rude phone call from one of the host shouting and demanding we take the key back. When we arrived at the apartment we had realised we had been sent a link to pay at £200 deposit which was not made clear booking.com . We could not get the door number to the apartment until we paid this. This was an unexpected charge.
