Good location. Easy check-in. Quiet and comfortable.

The unit is very small.

It is not only aesthetically pleasing but is also very comfy to stay-in. I’m looking forward to book again in my next trip.

- Very close to Mall Of Asia and lots of establishment close by, including a massage parlour with reasonable price and good service. - Easy self check in -TV with Netflix, Disney+, and more -Fast internet

Certainly not the owners fault but the hallways can really get stuffy or smelly sometime. However, this does not impact the unit itself. We had difficulty getting the right temperature from the airco but maybe we just didn’t know the best combinations on the remote.

The place is really clean , nice shower with warmwater . Kitchen has all that you need. Big refrigerator and tv . Having Netflix is a plus. Wi -fi is fast . The most i like in the property is the bed and pillows they are very comfortable for me . check in and check out is very easy .

What i didnt like is no wi fi or internet in the reception . using my own EU data is too dear for roaming , bought Phils Sim Card but cant use it as im having trouble to register the sim .
