Sunset House - Luxury Pool and Hot Tub Retreat

The jets on the hot tub wouldn't turn on and the would have like to been able to turn the strobe light in the hot tub off for people sensitive to flashing lights.

Wonderful neighborhood! Easy access! Beautiful pool! Comfortable beds! Amazing!!!!!!!!! Everything we thought we were getting and more!

Nothing! The whole experience was better than expected!

I think the ratings on booking.com are so far off. When I see an exceptional, I expect something different than what was offered here. While this place was comfy and nice and in no way unpleasant. It was not exceptional.

The front door security is inadequate. We spent nearly two hours clearing debris from the back in order to be able to use the sitting area. It was covered in leaves and other plant matter. The front landscaping is very unkept and not at all like the picture. Again this place was nice and comfy inside but many of the details that would make it exceptional were lacking.

Place was nice and the pool/hot tub were amazing.

Not all the doors would shut properly.
