"Wonderful stay - more than we hoped for."

A beautifully clean converted barn which has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is stunning and our dogs were very happy with all of the space. It was such a treat to have the hot tub and games room. Whilst we weren't brave enough to use the swimming pond this time, we will be back!

"A great weekend with amazing views"

Had everything we needed, nice and spacious, great views! Hosts were lovely, place was so clean and detailed. Loved the rooms, great location - overall really pleased! Would definitely return!

Loved everything only down side was the games room being so cold, even with fire on. Needs a little heater in there.

"Excellent adult family stay in a gorgeous property."

The property is pristine and has everything you could need and more. It served us very well for a adult family weekend away celebrating a big birthday. I highly recommend this place & James the owner couldn’t have been nicer. There were nice extra touches like milk, eggs, bread, butter & Jam as well as Tea & coffee left as a welcome gift. And we were also able to charge our electric car. Thank you James for everything & we hope we get to return one day.

We liked everything. A very well appointed, comfortable and stylish property with lots of space and plenty to occupy all generations. The views from the garden are uplifting and you can see the towers of Battle Abbey in the distance. Our host James was both helpful and fun.
