Comfortable 1BR Apartment - Laundry & Backyard

I didjt like anything about this property

It was filthy blood on the shower curtains blood on the walls in the bathroom .

Roomy adequate and rt price. Dutchtowns a cool area. Pretty purple irises🪻

I liked the whole unit itself it was so cute. Even had a little balcony.

I did not like the location all we kept hearing was gunshots and car alarms going off all night, and when we got there the couch and pillows were covered in dog hair and the rugs smelled like pee, the ac vents were just sitting there hanging as well. We also got threatened to have the law called the first night we were there and nothing was even going on we were in bed.🤷‍♀️

Loved the location easy access to shops and restaurants
