Close to the beach!

There was a night club next to the condo and they played music till 3:30am Friday, and Saturday. We could sleep well.

"Our weekend at the TIKI was Exceptional!"

apartment 126 was cozy and came with a lot of extras, like beach chairs and umbrella! It's a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a huge sofa bed that fits to adults easily. The kitchen is beautiful with all the necessities-including pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable and inviting! Everything was very clean, too. Location Location! We spent 2 wonderful nights walking over to Clayton's and Bar Louie for dinner, dancing, and fireworks. The beach cannot be more than 20 steps away from the front door of the apartment! Also, the owners are so easy to communicate with and are pleasantly helpful!

The shower head could be replaced for one that offers greater mobility. Great water pressure though! The AC air intake above the restroom sink tends to be a little loud for some reason. Other than that the AC was perfect.

"We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at the Tiki Condominiums."

Location being next to the beach. The condo was comfortable and clean with all the amenities provided.

The condo was great, but unfortunately, they built a huge Marriott Courtyard with a huge entertainment pavilion next to the Tiki Condos and a very ugly-looking pier that extends quite a bit into the water that overshadows the left side of the Tiki, taking away from what used to be unobstructed, wonderful views of the beach.

Amazing location, excellent for beach access and facilities for dogs. Fireworks right outside both Friday and Saturday Bed comfortable too.

Blackout curtains would be nice, but not a major thing.

"Clean, comfortable and convenient condo on the beach."

Nicely decorated condo. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Good layout of rooms. Extra linens appreciated. Outdoor pool was wonderful. Tiki is at the far end of the motel strip with the Sea Turtle Hospital across the street so less busy. Staff attentive.

The air conditioning worked well but was noisy.
